A little hack found on the forums on about how to access the net from a pc using a mobile with Airtel prepaid card. Enjoy!
Raw Materials: PC/Laptop and necessary connectivity tools ,ie.,
Serial/USB cable OR Infrared Device OR Bluetooth dongle to connect the mobile (NOKIA-7610 has been tasted) to the computer.

1. You need a mobile with deta cable ( NOKIA-7610 is better), computer or laptop.
2. Active Airtel live just SMS "live" to 2567. ( If your Internet Configuration Settings are active on you set then no need to send sms ) 
3. Now save the message as default.
4. Reset the settings as given bellow
Connection name (airtel live)
Data bearer         (GPRS)
APN name           (airtelfun.com)
User name           (none)
Password            (blanks)
Authentication     (normal)
Homepage           (http://live.airtelworld.com)
in the advance setting
Phone ip address    (automatic)
Primary name server(0.0.0.0)
Proxy ser address    (none)
Proxy port              (0)

Now download Proxifier software from jottil.com Download link is given bellow

In the setting of proxifier, open option and set the ip 100.1.200.99 & port 8080
Now install Nokia PC suit
Don't need to put anything in PC suit setting

Now connect ur internet server and enjoy the free internet downloading...
